Messages

Waiting shows what nobody has answered yet, new ones outlined, and the website form's new catering enquiries; a reply or Done takes one off the list — Done leaves a line in the conversation saying who closed it and how; the × on a card is Done without opening it — and All keeps every conversation. One the helper answered stays on Waiting, folded, until someone opens it and taps Seen, or Follow up to keep it waiting until it is answered. Archive moves a finished conversation from All to Archived; a new message from them brings it back. A text goes out from the restaurant's number, an email from ts@kalistanford.com; nothing is ever deleted.
