Kali Greek Kitchen opened on the Stanford campus in September 2024, seven years after the first Kali in Palo Alto. Same idea: Greek food made from scratch, ordered at a kiosk or on your phone, ready fast enough to fit a lunch break.

Pita, salad or plate; seven proteins; sauces made in the kitchen every morning. Everything is labelled for allergens at the kiosk, and the team at the pass knows what is in every dish.

Kali Greek Kitchen at Stanford is run by HSV Restaurant Group. The system behind it, and this site, are built and run by Hewmun LLC, restaurant systems engineering.
