The place
Every order on a screen, every station set before the doors open.
Kali Stanford is a kiosk kitchen: nobody takes orders at a counter. Guests order at the kiosks or on their phones, the order goes straight to the kitchen screens, and a pita, salad or plate leaves the pass a couple of minutes later. Nobody shouts orders and nobody waits on a printer. The stations are set before service and restocked between the rushes.
We hire for the kitchen: the line, prep, the pita oven, the pass and dish. If there is no opening today, your application stays on file and we text you when there is.

A paid trial day
A full shift with the kitchen lead and the team, about eight hours plus your meal break. You see the station and the pace; we see how you work. It is paid, breaks and all, and if we finish early you are still paid for at least half of it.
The first week
You watch, then you are shown, then you do it with someone next to you. A checklist records what you have been shown, so nothing is assumed.
What we look for
Calm in the rush, a sense of urgency, and ownership.
- You work well when the line is out the door and you do not take it personally.
- You move with urgency and you see what is coming before it becomes a problem.
- You are proactive: you do the next thing without being asked.
- You own your mistakes. Everyone makes them; we fix them and move on.
- You are a team player. The station next to you is yours too.

Rest and meal breaks are taken in full, every shift. Our clock will not let a break end early.

Published by the week. Tell us your real availability, including classes or a second job, and the schedule is built around it.
Two languages
English and Spanish are both spoken in the kitchen and at the pass.
