Costs
Invoices sent to invoices@reply.kalistanford.com are read into lines. A plain line goes straight into the price record; the rest waits here for one tap. Who signs in here is the owner's to say (/access/).
Waiting for you
Accept enters the price under the invoice's own date. Not right sets the line aside: no price is entered and it leaves the purchases. A vendor seen for the first time is remembered from your first Accept; after that its plain lines go in by themselves.
Delivered, no invoice yet
An order went out for that day and no invoice of that vendor has arrived. Ask them to send it to invoices@reply.kalistanford.com, or forward it yourself. Until it is in, that month under History is short by that delivery. A line leaves this list when the invoice arrives, or after two weeks.
Bought, by month
Every counted invoice line, credits subtracted, under the invoice's date. Only as complete as the invoices that arrived.
