The pantry
Every ingredient the kitchen uses, in one unit, with what it costs today. The price comes from the newest invoice; a typed price holds only until one arrives. Kitchen managers and the owner only.
Prices that moved
To confirm
Proposed from what was bought. Nothing counts until it is confirmed.
On a card, and it needs you
A recipe card uses these, and one figure under the cost is open: no price, a pack that was not plain, or a trim figure nobody has said. One tap answers most of them. Usable percent is what is left after trimming; the weight in a recipe is always what goes on the scale.
