How it goes

Apply, a text, a paid trial day.

1. You apply

The form below. Phone and availability matter most; a résumé is welcome but not required.

2. We text you

Within a few days, to set a time.

3. A paid trial day

A full shift with the kitchen lead and the team, about eight hours plus your meal break. You see the station and the pace; we see how you work. It is paid, breaks and all, and if we finish early you are still paid for at least half of it.

4. The first week

You watch, then you are shown, then you do it with someone next to you. A checklist records what you have been shown, so nothing is assumed.

Apply

Two minutes. We text you back.
