What a recipe calls a thing, and what that is in the pantry. Say it once and it holds for every card, the ones written later too. The cards keep their own words.
What is this?
The most used first. Tap the name it is, or find another, or add it as new. A thing nobody weighs (a garnish, "to taste") can stay text: the small-stuff percentage covers it. A line also needs a number and a unit to be counted.
